Refund Policy

Cancellations & Refunds

Individual bookings may be cancelled for a full refund with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Group bookings require additional notice, since group sessions involve extra planning, supplies, and staffing:

​

Small groups (up to 8 people): Full refund with at least 5 days' notice. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice (but less than 5 days) will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

Large groups (9+ people): Full refund with at least 14 days' notice. Cancellations made with at least 7 days' notice (but less than 14 days) will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to review cancellations made under extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
